IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS
Immigration evaluations can be powerful pieces of evidence in your immigration case. They demonstrate how you and/or your loved ones are suffering psychologically based on certain events that took, or will take, place. In my experience, these evaluations add remarkable value to your immigration cases. Since my assessments are very comprehensive, they could be used effectively by your attorney to support your case to move forward in your immigration proceedings.
My goal is to provide you with a safe space to be able to discuss such difficult subjects, which will also help me accurately and comprehensively capture your unique circumstances in relation to your immigration case.
EVALUATION PROCESS:
The process from start to finish ranges from 2-5 weeks. However, I can complete your immigration evaluation in much less time, even within 24 hours if necessary, and at an additional cost. I will connect with your attorney before and after our interview to ensure I have all necessary information needed to complete a thorough report.
You and I (and family member(s) if necessary) will meet one time for 2-3+ hours, virtually. If we need to break our sessions into two separate days, that is also possible. The interview will consist of you completing several forms and questionnares. We will then continue with the clinical interview followed by a discussion of next steps. I will complete the report and will give you and your attorney a copy. Finally, I will mail you a letter with recommendations and referrals, as needed (in your area).
RATES:
The cost for a psychosocial evaluation is $1,500.
If I am needed in court to provide testimony, the flat rate is $300.
RUSH SERVICES:
If you need your report completed within 1-5 days of our meeting, the rate for this is $1800.
***I offer my services at a low fee (2 cases per year) or for free (2 cases per year). If you need help with the fee, please let me know and we can discuss. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide a low-cost or free evaluation.***
